Terms of Service

1. Acceptable Use

1. You must be at least 18 years old to rent or operate equipment at FrameHub Rentals studios.
2. Studios are for professional video, photo, and content production only. Commercial, corporate, and influencer work is permitted.
3. Illegal activities, hazardous materials, or anything that could damage studio equipment or premises are strictly prohibited.
4. You agree to leave all equipment and spaces in the same condition in which you found them.

2. Bookings & Reservations

1. All bookings must be made through our website, app, or confirmed via official email.
2. A 50% deposit is required to secure any reservation. The balance is due 48 hours before your session.
3. Studio access begins and ends at the exact times listed on your confirmation. Extensions are subject to availability and additional fees.
4. FrameHub Rentals reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to equipment failure, safety concerns, or force majeure.

3. Payments

1. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and major digital wallets. All payments are processed securely.
2. Security deposits are held and returned within 7 business days after inspection, provided no damage occurred.
3. Taxes and applicable service fees are added at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

1. Cancellations made 7 days or more before your booking receive a full refund minus a $35 processing fee.
2. Cancellations within 72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations under 24 hours.
3. If FrameHub Rentals cancels your booking, you receive a full refund or credit for a future date.
4. Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

5. Liability & Insurance

1. FrameHub Rentals is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or damage to user equipment.
2. We strongly recommend all users carry their own production insurance.
3. You are responsible for any damage caused to studios, lighting systems, or production gear during your session.
4. In the event of equipment malfunction, our liability is limited to the cost of the rental period only.

6. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FrameHub Rentals. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. Any disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the State of New York.
