How do I book a studio?

Browse the Catalog, select your preferred studio and date, then complete the booking through the cart. You will receive an instant confirmation email with your reservation details.

What is included in a studio rental?

Each studio includes professional lighting, backdrops, sound dampening, power distribution, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Equipment packages can be added at checkout.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable.

Can I bring my own equipment?

Yes. You are welcome to bring personal gear. Our team can assist with load-in during the first 30 minutes of your rental at no extra cost.

Are there late night or weekend rates?

Our standard rates apply between 7am and 11pm. 24/7 access is available upon request with a small premium surcharge. Please contact us for overnight bookings.

Do I need insurance to rent a studio?

Basic liability coverage is included with every booking. For productions with expensive gear, we recommend adding our optional production insurance package at checkout.

How early can I load in before my booking?

Load-in is allowed 15 minutes before your reserved slot. Extended load-in time is available for an hourly add-on fee if you need more setup time.

Is payment due upfront?

A 50% deposit is required at booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your session via the secure portal.

Can I extend my booking on the day?

Same-day extensions are possible based on availability. Contact our front desk staff or send a message through your booking confirmation page to request additional hours.
